Export portal users

On this page, you'll learn how to export users in your portal.
We recommend that you to refer to Understand portal users before proceeding.
Availability
- You will only be able to use this feature if you are on a paid plan.
- Users in Portals can be exported and managed by the super admin and admins.
Export Users in Portals in Creator
Steps to configure
To export users in portals:
- Navigate to Portal in the left pane and select the portal you want to export users from.
- Click Export.
- Select the permission based on which the users can be filtered.
- You can also filter users based on their status.
- All: This list includes all users of a portal.
- Approved: The list of users who have signed up a restricted portal and got approved by an admin.
- Pending: The list of customers whose approval requests are pending confirmation.
- Unconfirmed: The list of customers who are yet to accept the invitation to join the customer portal.
- Select the required format in which the users list will be exported.
- Click Export. The users will be exported and saved.
The list of users in the exported file will contain the email address of user and their permission.
It will be displayed in the following format:
