You can edit and customize the layout of a page that belongs to a specific module. You can organize existing fields, create new sections and mark fields as mandatory.

By default all standard and custom fields are displayed on a page layout for a module.You can hide standard fields, add new custom fields to the pages and move fields from one section to another. You can also drag and drop the fields to reorder them.

You can make certain fields mandatory in Zoho Support. Read-only fields and certain standard fields, cannot be removed or be made non-mandatory. For example, the field Last Name is mandatory for the Contacts module. This cannot be changed.

Sections allow you to combine certain types of fields in a module.By default, there specific sections available in each module. You can add, modify or delete these sections based on your organization's requirements.
To add sections, follow the steps given below:
The section is displayed at the bottom of the section list. You can create new fields or move existing fields to the section using the click-and-drag method.

To delete a section, follow the steps given below:
All fields in this section will be deleted from the module form. You cannot delete sections that contain read-only or mandatory fields. If you want to delete such sections, you will have to move the fields to another section before deleting the section.
