Zoho CRM integration - An overview
Recruiters are often multi-taskers by their very nature. And this requires them to juggle with several roles with ease. One such very significant role involves engagement with candidates and clients on a regular basis, and this calls in for a need to integrate with a customer relationship management software. To bridge this gap, Zoho Recruit integrates with Zoho CRM and provides a two-way sync from within Recruit's interface.
How is this beneficial for recruiters?
For engaging with clients:
Recruiters can use Zoho CRM as a Clients Relationship Management system to handle all client related activities. Consider a scenario when a client wants a job to be filled, in such cases, users can create a potential in CRM and use it for further discussion with clients. Once the order is finalized, you can move the potential as a Job Opening in Recruit to start the recruitment process. And once the Job Opening is filled in Recruit, you can move it back to CRM for Invoice and billing processes.
For engaging with candidates:
Recruiters can use Zoho CRM as a lead nurturing platform to engage with candidates. They can collect their candidates in Recruit, move them as leads in CRM and engage with them using the features available in CRM. Once they are ready for a Job Opening, then move them back into Recruit to start the recruitment process.
The Zoho Recruit and Zoho CRM integration provides a sync option to seamlessly move data between the two services.
The key features of this sync include:
- Seamless transfer of data between Recruit & CRM.
- CRM modules can be mapped with Recruit modules as below
- Potentials -> Job Openings
- Leads -> Candidates
- Accounts -> Clients
- Contacts -> Contacts
Note: Zoho CRM integration for Zoho Recruit is available only for Staffing Agency accounts.
