Share Forms within your Organization
You can privately share forms only with the people of your organization. You will have to add them as users to your Zoho organization. Once this is done, you can share it with your entire organization or specific users. To do so, go to Share tab and follow the steps below.
- Specific users: To share your form only to a specific user, click on the Specific Users under Share With. Enter the user's mail address. To notify the user via email as well, select the Notify checkbox.
- All users: To share your form to all the users in your organization, click on the All Users under Share With. To notify only certain people in your organization, select the Notify Users checkbox and enter their email addresses in the textbox provided.
