Standard Fields in Tasks and Events

Following are the list of Zoho defined standard fields available in the Tasks module:

Field NameDescription
Task OwnerSelect the name of the user to whom the task is assigned.
Subject*Specify the name of the task. This field is mandatory.
Due DateSpecify the due date for the task.
Contacts/LeadsSelect the related contact or lead.
AccountsSelect any other record related to the task.
StatusSpecify the status of the task.
PrioritySelect the due date.
Send Notification EmailSelect the check box to send notification email to the task owner.
Remind AtSelect the check box to set reminder for the task.
Recurring ActivitySelect the check box to mark it as a recurring activity.
DescriptionSpecify the details about the task.

New EventSpecify a name for the event.
LocationEnter the venue for the event.
All DaySelect the checkbox if it is an all day event.
FromSpecify the date and time when the event will be started.
ToSpecify the date and time when the event will be over.
Participants

Add invitees who will participate in the event.

Related ToSelect the contact or lead related to the event.
RepeatSpecify the recurring pattern for the event.
DescriptionSpecify the details about the event
ReminderSet a reminder for the event.
