Define quick view menus in list report designed for phone

The menus section enables you to introduce header and record menu items in your list report. The user will be able to perform actions such as edit, delete, add, print, export, import, duplicate, and view record.

To define quick view menus in list report:

  1. Navigate to the Design page.
  2. Click the phone icon.
  3. Select the report in the preview.
  4. Select the Quick View tab.
  5. Select the Menus section.
  6. Click ADD HEADER MENU.
  7. Choose the required action from the list.

The selected action will be added to the menu list.

Upon accessing the application from your phone, the menus will be collectively displayed as icons. Click the respective icon to select the required action.

To define quick view menus in list report:

  1. Navigate to the Design page.
  2. Click the phone icon.
  3. Select the report in the preview.
  4. Select the Quick View tab.
  5. Select the Menus section.
  6. Click RECORD HEADER MENU.
  7. Choose the required action from the list. The selected action will be added to the menu list.

Upon accessing the application, he menus will be collectively displayed as icons. Click the respective icon to select the required action.

You can also create custom actions to add to the list of menus.
