This action sorts the requests for selected options in ascending or descending order. You can sort the requests based on customer responded time when you click Recent Thread. This helps you to repond back to customers and increase customer satisfaction.
You can sort the requests in either ascending or descending order. Move your mouse pointer on Sort By and click
or
that appears to sort in ascending or descending order.
For Request Id, the sorting is based on numbers.
For Due Date, Recent thread and Created Time, the sorting is based on the time.
