Sort Requests

Sort By

This action sorts the tickets for selected options in ascending or descending order. You can sort the tickets based on customer responded time when you click Recent Thread. This helps you to repond back to customers and increase customer satisfaction.

  1. In the Tickets Home Page, move your mouse pointer over the Sort by Menu.
  2. Sort the tickets by selecting any of the below options:
  • Ticket ID
  • Due Date
  • Recent Thread (Displays the tickets based on customer responded time.)
  • Created Time

You can sort the tickets in either ascending or descending order. Move your mouse pointer on Sort By and click or that appears to sort in ascending or descending order.

For Ticket Id, the sorting is based on numbers.

For Due Date, Recent thread and Created Time, the sorting is based on the time.
