Adding Comments

You can add multiple comments for a single contract.

To add comments, follow the steps given below:

  1. Click Setup
  2. In the Automate section, click Support Contract
  3. Click on a contract
  4. Enter your comments in the Comments tab
  5. Click Comment

The name of the user and the time when the comment was added will be displayed below the comment.

Attachments

You can attach multiple files to a single contract.

To attach a file, do the following:

  1. Click Setup
  2. In the Automate section, click Support Contract
  3. Click on a contract
  4. Click on the Attachments tab

  5. Click Add Attachment
  6. Select the required file
  7. Click Open

The name of the user and the time when the attachment was added will be displayed below the attachment.
