Mass Actions

You are allowed to perform certain mass actions to a bunch of requests in one instance.

Select the check box next to a (number of ) request (s) and perform the below listed mass actions

    • Update: You can provide new value to any of the request fields for more than one request.

      mass update

    • Delete: Delete any number of selected requests.
    • Assign To: Using this, you can assign the requests in bulk to the agents. After the transfer, the new user owns all open activities of the case. Please note, completed activities are not transferred.
    • Close: Close one or more requests using this feature.
    • Merge: Merge two or more requests to assign as a single request. Refer Merge Request for more.
