In Zoho Recruit you can add custom fields as per your requirements. This is available only in the paid edition. In free edition you can only edit the existing fields.

Different types of custom fields available in Zoho Recruit:

- Text
- Email
- Picklist
- Multi-select pick list
- Image Upload
- Number
- Lookup
- Paragraph
- URL
- File Upload
- Date
- Auto Increment

To add custom fields:

1. Click Module tab.
   
   Note: Module refers to Job Openings, Candidates, Clients and Client Contacts tab.
   
2. Click Customize the Module detail, located on the right panel.
   
3. Drag and drop the custom fields into any section.
   
4. Fill in the necessary details and click Add.
