* When a candidate/contact is added, You can notify the candidates on scheduled interviews by sending SMS from Zoho Recruit.
* There are four ways to notify Candidates /Contacts:
- Send SMS to a Single Candidate/Contact
- Send Bulk SMS to Candidates/Contacts
- Send SMS to Candidates on Scheduling an interview.
- Send SMS to Interviewer on Scheduling interview (Note: The Interviewer must be a Contact in Zoho Recruit).
Note:
- To use the SMS Add-on feature, Admin has to purchase the SMS Add-on, which is priced at $25/org/month
- Before purchasing SMS Add-on, Admin has to purchase credits from the SMS vendor (Screen Magic Or Clickatell).
- Only Admin can purchase credits from SMS Vendor and Configure the SMS settings in Zoho Recruit
- Only Admin can create SMS templates for Candidates , Contacts and Interviewer.
- Admin and Recruiter can send SMS to Interviewer, Candidates and Contacts as Single/Bulk.
- Only Admin can give SMS add-on access to the Recruiters.
- Candidates and Contacts contact numbers should be stored with their respective country code.
- SMS/Text message should not exceed more than 500 characters.
