Standard Fields in Tasks and Events

Following are the list of Zoho defined standard fields available in the Tasks module:

Field Name Description
Task Owner Select the name of the user to whom the task is assigned.
Subject* Specify the name of the task. This field is mandatory.
Due Date Specify the due date for the task.
Contacts/Leads Select the related contact or lead.
Accounts Select any other record related to the task.
Status Specify the status of the task.
Priority Select the due date.
Send Notification Email Select the check box to send notification email to the task owner.
Remind At Select the check box to set reminder for the task.
Recurring Activity Select the check box to mark it as a recurring activity.
Description Specify the details about the task.

Following are the list of Zoho defined standard fields available in the Events module:

Field Name Description
New Event Specify a name for the event.
Location Enter the venue for the event.
All Day Select the checkbox if it is an all day event.
From Specify the date and time when the event will be started.
To Specify the date and time when the event will be over.
Participants

Add invitees who will participate in the event.

Related To Select the contact or lead related to the event.
Repeat Specify the recurring pattern for the event.
Description Specify the details about the event
Reminder Set a reminder for the event.
