Support

Zoho Creator provides 24/5 email and phone support. To report your problems, ask questions and suggest ideas, send an email to support [at] zohocreator [dot] com. To ensure the quickest and best possible response from the support team, please make sure that your email includes specific details of your question or concern. While reporting issues, please provide Edit access to support for your application.

Steps to provide Edit access to support (From Edit mode):

  • Click on Support link displayed on the top-right corner of your application page, in Edit mode.
  • Select the option Allow edit access to support displayed on the right-side of the support page.
  • When the issue is resolved, the edit access can be withdrawn, by selecting “Cancel edit access to support“.
  • Send a mail to support [at] zohocreator [dot] com with the name of the application/form/view in which the issue exists.
