Subscription

Zoho Expense can be subscribed on a monthly or yearly basis.

Both the plans permit you to add a maximum of 10 users, irrespective of the user roles assigned to them. Additional users need to be subscribed separately.

Let’s take a look on various procedures associated with subscription.

Upgrading your subscription

The first step towards subscribing Zoho expense is choosing a plan. To do that, perform the below mentioned steps

  1. Navigate to Settings >> Subscription

  2. You will be redirected to the Zoho Payment page. Upgrade subscription
  3. Choose a suitable plan and click on Upgrade choosing plan
  4. Add more users if required and review your order. reviewing order
  5. Enter your credit card details and the billing address along with your contact number. payment details
  6. Click on Make Payment.

To upgrade from a monthly plan to yearly plan, perform the following steps:

  1. Go to Gear icon on the top right corner of the page and select Subscriptions. Alternatively, you can go to the Settings section and click on the Update Billing option. access to payment page
  2. You will be taken to the Zoho payment page. upgrade the plan
  3. Change the payment duration to Yearly.
  4. On doing so, payment for that month will be adjusted in the amount that you are paying for the yearly plan. (Pro-rata basis) confirm upgradation
  5. Click on Make payment
  6. You will be successfully migrated to the yearly plan.

Cancelling your subscription

Perform the following steps to cancel your subscription.

  1. Go to the Gear icon >> Subscription.
  2. Hover your mouse over the standard plan you choose to cancel.
  3. On doing so, you will see the Cancel subscription option. cancelling subscription
  4. Click on Cancel Subscription and mention the reason for downgrade.
  5. Click on Confirm downgrade.

Subscribing/ Unsubscribing Users

To subscribe users to your organisation:

  1. Go to Gear icon >> Subscriptions >> Zoho Payment page.
  2. Hover your mouse over the Additional Users section.
  3. Click on Add Users and mention the number of users you need to add. subscribing users
  4. Confirm the pro-rata amount and click on Upgrade

Perform the following steps to remove subscribed users:

  1. Go to Gear icon >> Subscriptions >> Zoho Payment page.
  2. Hover your mouse over the Additional Users section.
  3. Click on Reduce Users. unsubscribe users
  4. Mention the number of users you want to remove. unsubscribe users
  5. Confirm the pro-rata amount and click on Upgrade.
