Make work fun

With Thanksgiving just around the corner, take this opportunity to express your gratitude to your employees for all the excellent work they do. For example, host a Thanksgiving lunch with traditional (and even non-traditional!) food options. You could also install a "Thank you" wall so that employees can leave notes of appreciation for their peers, managers, and subordinates. Try some fun team-building activities, such as scavenger hunts, cooking contests, turkey trots, Thanksgiving bingo, and trivia to add excitement to the celebrations.
