Email Templates

Email is considered one of the best channels to communicate with your employees. An email template allows you to create and send emails to your employees quickly.

For example, you might want to create email templates to notify your employees about trips, advances, purchase requests, etc. Instead of creating new emails every time you want to send out a notification, you can create and save templates for the emails that you send out to your employees on a regular basis. Zoho Expense also has a set of default templates that can be customised based on your business requirements.

Once you create the email templates in Zoho Expense, you can use these templates while sending email alerts to your employees.
