Can I attach files with my expense report?

Yes, you can attach files with your Expense report by performing the following steps:

  • Go to the expense report to which you would like to attach the file.
  • Click on the Attach icon located on top of the report.
  • The file should be of the following formats:
    • JPEG
    • PNG
    • PDF
    • DOC(DOCX)
    • XML
  • Upload either by dragging and dropping the file or from your cloud account. You can upload a maximum of 5 files, each of size 7 MB.
