How do I delete a report? What happens to the expenses if I delete the expense report?

Prerequisite: You cannot delete the reports in the Awaiting Approval, Approved, and Reimbursed statuses.

To delete a report:

  1. Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
  2. Select the report you want to delete.
  3. Click the More icon at the top right corner of the report.
  4. Select Delete.
  5. Click Delete again in the confirmation popup.

If you want to delete reports in bulk, select the reports and click the Delete icon at the top of the page.

If a report which contains expenses is deleted, only the report is deleted. However, all the associated expenses will not be deleted and will be listed as Unreported Expenses in Zoho Expense.
