Why are the transactions made in my card not visible as card feeds in Zoho Expense yet?

The card transactions may not be visible as card feeds in Zoho Expense, if the card transactions are not posted in your bank website. You can refresh your feeds or update credentials to see the new transactions. Whenever you refresh, the latest transactions from the bank website will be fetched into Zoho Expense. Also, an auto-refresh happens for every 24 hours and new transactions will be auto-fetched. Besides, if you make any changes to the login credentials of the card, you should update them in Zoho Expense at the earliest since it affects the feeds.

To refresh your card feeds:

  • Go to Cards.
  • Click the card for which you want to refresh the feeds.
  • Click the Gear icon at the top right corner.
  • Select Refresh Feeds. All your latest transaction will be fetched into Zoho Expense.

To update your credentials:

  • Go to Cards.
  • Click the card for which you want to update the credentials.
  • Click the Gear icon at the top right corner.
  • Select Update Credentials.
  • Enter the new credentials and click Save. Your credentials will be updated.
