Zoho Expense - itilite Integration
itilite is an end-to-end travel management software, which helps corporate organizations in booking flights, trains, buses, and other transportation services for their employees' business travels.
However, with frequent travel, keeping track of employees’ travel bookings and expenses is likely to become tedious. Integrating itilite with Zoho Expense makes this easy for you.   Â
Here’s how the integration works when it is enabled:
- Every time an employee books a service through itilite, a non-reimbursable expense will be automatically created in the respective employee’s account in Zoho Expense.
Prerequisites
- Zoho Expense account and an itilite corporate profile.
- The email address of every employee in your itilite corporate profile should be the same as it is in Zoho Expense.
Enable itilite Integration
Admins can enable the iItilite integration in Zoho Expense. To integrate:
- Click Admin View.
- Go to Settings on the left sidebar.

Click the Gear icon at the top right side. - Go to Travel under Integrations.
- Click itilite.
- Click Contact Us and request access to integrate with itilite.
- Once we process the request and set up the integration, we will notify you through an in-app notification.
- Click the in-app notification or navigate to Travel under Integrations. Click itilite and click Enable.
Your integration with itilite will be enabled. Any booking an employee makes in itilite will be created as an expense under the respective employee’s name in Zoho Expense.
Disable itilite Integration
If you disable the integration, data from itilite will not be synced with Zoho Expense. To disable:
- Click Admin View.
- Go to Settings on the left sidebar.

Click the Gear icon at the top right side. - Go to Travel under Integrations.
- Click itilite.
- Click the Disable button.
- Click Confirm to disable the integration.
Your integration with itilite will be disabled. However, the expenses that were already created for your itilite bookings will remain in Zoho Expense.
