When does auto scanning fail?

Auto scan of your expense receipts might fail due to any of the following reasons:

  • When you upload receipts in a language other than the following:
    • English
    • Swedish
    • Spanish
    • Portuguese
    • Dutch
    • Italian
    • French
    • German
    • Danish
    • Chinese
    • Norwegian Bokmål
  • When a receipt belongs to an unsupported file format.
  • When receipts are uploaded with insufficient data.
  • When the uploaded receipts are faded and illegible.
  • When multiple receipts are photographed and uploaded as a single image.
