Facing bounce issues with some of your emails? ZeptoMail's auto-suppression feature allows you to automatically add those email addresses that hard bounce to your suppression list. This helps you keep a check on your sender reputation and spam rates.

Ever wanted to revisit the emails you sent? With the Content Setting option, you can now save and view the emails you send long after they reach your customers.

Preventing email sending or email tracking for some recipients can help keep your sender reputation intact and your spam rate under control. With ZeptoMail's suppression list, you can add the email addresses for which you wish to block email sending or email tracking.

Credits recharge has never been easier. The Auto top-up feature enables you to automatically purchase your credits before their expiry. You can select the number of credits to be added and the number of days before which you want them credited.

You can now view the actions performed by all the users of your ZeptoMail account in a single place. Head over to the activity logs section for a detailed view of each action performed by your users. 

Use the IP restriction option to choose the IP addresses from which emails should be sent from ZeptoMail. It provides an additional layer of security for emails sent using ZeptoMail API and SMTP.

Create workflows in Zoho Flow using ZeptoMail trigger and action. You can use the email activity trigger or the send email action to create workflows. 

Go beyond just viewing your email logs in ZeptoMail. Now you can export the email logs of the last 60 days as a zip file. You can choose the date range or type of email and export all emails matching the criteria. 

You no longer need to write the same transactional email over and over again. With ZeptoMail's email templates, you can pick from the sample templates available or build your own template from scratch. Even include attachments! 

For email senders using SMTP, we have enabled the File Cache feature which was previously available only to email senders using API. By adding the parameter "X-TM-FILE-KEY" to your email header, the already uploaded files in the File Cache can be attached in your emails.

Don't worry about missing your credit purchase deadlines anymore. The default email notifications will serve as your personal Watson and inform you, in advance, about your credit expiry. The custom notification settings enables you to schedule reminders based on preferences.  

From now onwards you can track opens and clicks for emails sent via SMTP also. Enable SMTP tracking using the toggle switch in your Mail Agent and start viewing your email stats within ZeptoMail's UI.

ZeptoMail supports SMTP applications & email clients that automatically fetches the From Address as the SMTP username value. Now you can connect ZeptoMail to any SMTP application.
