How do I enter a refund for canceled tickets?

To enter a refund for the cancelled tickets:

  1. Switch to Admin View.
  2. Go to Trips.
  3. Select the trip for which the tickets were cancelled.
  4. Navigate to Cancelled Itineraries and click Cancel Ticket.
  5. Enter the amount in the Refunded Amount field and click Confirm Cancellation.
