In Zoho Projects, every folder is associated with an email address. Just copy this email address compose a mail along with an attachment and click send.That’s it, your file is uploaded in Zoho. And if this folder is configured for syncing with your Dropbox presto…your file is now available in your Dropbox account.
Enter Dropbox integration in Zoho Projects, whether working from office or home all my files are now up-to-date and intact. I created a folder Projects 4.0 on Dropbox and synced this with Projects 4.0 folder of team portal. Now whenever I drop a file in my Dropbox account from home or work it is instantly shared through my Zoho Projects account with the team. I don’t have to manually upload files anymore and I am happy with the change.

The Zoho Projects Web App allows you to access all of your projects while on the go. You are able to see the Project Stream and see what everyone on the team has been up to - finished tasks, new posts, comments, wiki pages and any other activities from the members of your team.
Bug Tracker Integrated with GitHub version control system
With this new integration, you can link your GitHub repository in Zoho BugTracker using service hooks. Henceforth, codes checked-in in GitHub automatically gets displayed as changesets in BugTracker. Also, while commiting changes in GitHub for a specified bug ID will be linked to that particular bug in BugTracker.
In Zoho Projects, you can export task lists to your Google Tasks. Once it is exported you can manage your tasks in the Tasks tab in GMail. We've also provided an option to sync the tasks between Zoho Projects with Google tasks. We believe the integration of Google Tasks with Zoho Projects will go a long way in helping you organize your work more efficiently and be a lot more productive.
The Resource Utilization chart accurately captures how your resources are being under, over or optimally utilized in a matter of few minutes.
