How can the users add other users in the organization to their trips?

In the Trips module, you can choose to include Other Travelers. If this is enabled for your organization, users in your organization can generate reports for trips created by other users.

To enable Other Travelers:

  1. Navigate to Settings.
  2. Go to Modules under Customization.
  3. Select Trips and click the Fields tab at the top.
  4. Mark the box to enable Other Travelers for your organization.
  5. You can also mark the respective boxes to make it mandatory and show it in PDF.
