Report will get auto-generated only if users have unreported expenses in their account. If they don’t have any unreported expense, the report generation will not happen.
However, if you want to auto-generate reports for users even if there are no unreported expenses, you can enable a preference under Report Automation. To enable this preference:
Click Admin View.
Go to Settings on the left sidebar
Click the Gear icon at the top right side.
Click Report Automation under Automation.
Under Additional Preferences, mark the Generate a report even if the user has no expense within the report generation period checkbox.
Click Save. Once this is done, reports will be auto-generated for users even if there are no unreported expenses.
