How can I set different mileage rates for various vehicles?

1. Login to your Zoho Expense organization.

2. Switch to the Admin View.

3. Navigate to Settings.

4. Under Users and Control, select Policies.

5. Open the policy you want to edit.

6. Go to Mileage tab.

7. Add a new vehicle by clicking + New Vehicle and enter the necessary details in the pop-up.

8. Then, click + Add Rate.

9. Select the Start Date, the vehicle you want to associate the mileage rate with from the dropdown, and finally enter the Mileage Rate.
