Can I delete a custom field from a report PDF?

Yes, you can choose the fields that you want to view in the expense report PDF and disable the rest of them. To do this:

  1. Login to your Zoho Expense organization.

  2. Switch to the Admin View.

  3. Go to Settings.

  4. Under Customization, select Modules.

  5. Click Reports.

  6. Go to the Fields tab.

  7. Unselect the checkboxes for the fields you prefer not to include in your report PDF under Show in PDF.

  8. Click Save.
