How do I make users submit expenses only after choosing a category?

  1. Login to your Zoho Expense organization.

  2. Switch to the Admin View.

  3. Navigate to Settings.

  4. Under Users and Control select Policies.

  5. Open the policy you want to edit.

  6. Under Policy Settings tab, uncheck Allow uncategorized expenses to be part of expense reports option.

  7. Once done, click Save.
