How do I customise fields displayed on the expense creation page based on expense category?

You can do this using the Page Layouts option. To do this:

  1. Login to your Zoho Expense organization.

  2. Switch to the Admin View.

  3. Navigate to Settings.

  4. Under Customization, select Modules.

  5. Click Expenses and go to the Page Layouts tab.

  6. Create a new page layout by clicking + New Page Layout.

  7. On the page that opens, select the required Categories.

  8. Enable or Disable the fields based on your requirement.

  9. Click Save.
