When an admin selects an approver in the Submits To section, the records created by the user will be submitted to the approver you select, for approval.
- Click Admin View.
- Click the icon in the top right corner.
- Go to Users under Users and Control.
- Select a user and click the edit icon in the top right corner.
- Choose an approver for the user from the Submits To dropdown.
- Click Save.
Protip: You can also set a criterion, if required. You can choose to submit to an approver only if a record exceeds a certain amount.
