How can I re-assign a card to another user?

You can re-assign a card to another user by changing the Card Owner only if the card’s feeds are not associated with expenses.

To re-assign a card to another user:

  1. Click Admin View.
  2. Go to Corporate Cards on the left sidebar.
  3. Open the card and click the More in the top right side of the page.
  4. Click Edit.
  5. Change the Card Owner and click Save. You can change the Card Owner only if the card feeds are not associated with expenses.

If you would like to re-assign cards previously used by an ex-employee to a new user.

You can mark the cards as inactive as it will have expenses created by the previous user. Once done:

  1. Switch to the Admin View.

  2. Navigate to the Corporate Cards.

  3. Go to the Unassigned tab.

  4. Select the card and assign it to a new user.
