How can I cancel my trip?

If youโ€™re not going on a business trip for which you had raised a trip request, you can cancel it.

To cancel a trip:

  1. Go to Trips.
  2. Click on the trip you want to cancel.
  3. Click on the More icon at the top right corner of the trip.
  4. Select Cancel.
  5. Enter a reason for canceling the trip and click Confirm.
  6. Your trip request will be canceled and the status of the trip will be marked as Canceled.
