You can search for an expense that you had created using the Search bar at the top of the page. You will be able to find a record quickly based on the description, merchant name, employee number, location, reference number, etc.
In addition to the search bar, Zoho Expense has an advanced search function that helps you to find the information you’re looking for, quickly and efficiently based on the criteria you set. To do this, click the search icon dropdown on the Search bar at the top of the page and select Advanced Search. Configure the criteria and click Search to get your results.
