Prerequisite: You cannot delete the reports in the Awaiting Approval, Approved, and Reimbursed statuses.
To delete a report:
- Go to Reports on the left sidebar.
- Select the report you want to delete.
- Click the More icon at the top right corner of the report.
- Select Delete.
- Click Delete again in the confirmation popup.
If you want to delete reports in bulk, select the reports and click the Delete icon at the top of the page.
If a report which contains expenses is deleted, only the report is deleted. However, all the associated expenses will not be deleted and will be listed as Unreported Expenses in Zoho Expense.
