Can I add default values to certain fields?

Yes, you can set default values for certain fields in the Trips, Expenses, Reports, and Purchase Requests module to create records faster. Once done, every time you create a record, the fields will be prefilled with the default values.

To add default values:

  • Go to My Settings on the left sidebar.
  • Click the Preferences tab.
  • Click Configure next to the required module.
  • Select the Field and the Value.
  • Click Save.

The value selected will be prefilled in the configured fields when you create records.
