Block IP address

Block an IP Address from Initiating Chats to your Zoho SalesIQ

  1. In the Settings -> Blocked IPs section click Add.

      2.Enter the IP address you want to block and add a comment about the reason for blocking.
      3.Click on the Save to record your settings.
