How do I edit/delete an existing canned response?
- Navigate to Settings -> Templates -> Canned Responses.
- To Edit, hover over the name and click the existing canned response you would like to edit from the list:
- You can change the message, department, visibility, and category it is associated with.

- Click Update.

- To Delete, hover over the name of the canned response would like to delete:
- Then click on the delete icon in the left corner.
- A pop-up will be displayed asking if you are sure you want to delete, click Delete.
