Edit/delete an existing canned response

How do I edit/delete an existing canned response?

  1. Navigate to Settings -> Templates -> Canned Responses.
  2. To Edit, hover over the name and click the existing canned response you would like to edit from the list:
    • You can change the message and the department it is associated with.
    • Click Update.
  3. To Delete, hover over the name of the canned response would like to delete:
    • Then click on the delete icon in the left corner.
    • A pop-up will be displayed asking if you are sure you want to delete, click Delete.
