View how your article perform in the chat window

Now, you can view a report about the article you have drafted in the configurations page. The report displays the numbers of views the article got, chats initiated from the article, Likes and dislikes of the article.

• Views - Number of people viewed the article in the chat window.
• Chats - Number of times the article shared by the operators in the chat window.
• Likes - Number of  people liked your article (in percentage%.)
• Dislikes - Number of people disliked your article (in percentage%.)
