How do I Edit/Delete an existing Article?
- Navigate to Settings -> Templates -> Articles.
- To Edit, hover over the name and click the existing article you would like to edit from the list:
- You can change the message, which department it is associated with, or if it is for all departments, and also you can change the category of the article.
- Click Save/Publish.

Note: When you edit and save an existing article, the original version of that article will be displayed in the article tab of the chat window until the new version of the article is published.

- To Delete, hover over the name of the article would like to delete:
- A pop-up will be displayed asking if you are sure you want to delete, click Delete.
- Then click on the delete icon in the left corner.
