Also, some level of coding is required to make the graphs visually appealing. For example, I had to modify the script and add left joins to create a customer sequence of values on the X axis. The tool's UI allows the user to sort the x axis A-Z, or by magnitude, but does not allow for customer sorts. This is just one example of the user interface not playing nice.
