How to use the templates in the email?
You can use the templates to respond to your visitors email. You can find the templates link in the following email editors:
Using in the Chat History tab email section:
- Click the Send email button.

- Click Templates.

- The email templates window will open, choose the template you wish to add to the email.

- Template is added to the email.
Note: The subject line that is added while creating the template will be reflected only if the subject is not available in the email. If you wish to, you should manually change the subject line.

Using in the Connected tab email section:
- Click the Send email button.
- Click Templates
- Choose a template from the pop-up.
- The template chosen will get added to the email.
Using in the Missed tab email section:
- Click the Send email button.
- Click Templates
- Choose a template from the pop-up.
- The template chosen will get added to the email.
