Enable/Disable Integration

Disabling Zendesk integration

If necessary or desired, you can disable your Zoho SalesIQ’s integration with a Zendesk account at any time.

To disable integration with Zendesk:

  • In Zoho SalesIQ, click Settings.
  • In the Integration section, click Zendesk. The Zendesk integrations page appears, click the Disable button on the top right corner of the page.

 You can easily re-enable the integration with the same settings:

  • In Zoho SalesIQ, click Settings.
  • In the Integration section, click Zendesk. The Zendesk integrations page appears, click the Enable button on the top right corner of the page.
