Adding Zoho SalesIQ’s Email Signature for the Emails Sent from Zendesk
- Login to your ZenDesk account.
- Click on the “gear” icon at the left bottom.
- Navigate to “channels” section.
- Select “email “ from the list.
- Scroll down to “Email Template”
- Go to “HTML Template” section and copy the signature chat code as to where you would like to display the chat button.
