Email template configurations in the portal settings
The email templates you setup might need some privacy settings, which cannot be exposed to everyone in the portal. So, you can configure some default settings in the portal for the templates to work. To configure:
- Navigate to Portal Settings > Email Configuration > Grant access to email templates.
- Choose an option:
- Organization: The email templates you have created will be accessible to everyone in the org.
- Department: Templates can be accessed only by the specific departments you have chosen while creating the template.
Note: On choosing Department, an field will be displayed in the Templates > Email > Template you have created section to choose the departments.
- Operator: Only the operator who created the template can access them.
