What's new on Zoho Calendar

Zoho Calendar and Microsoft Outlook Calendar can now be synced in two-way mode using the CalDAV Synchronizer Plugin in Microsoft Outlook. Using CalDAV protocol, both the calendars will communicate with each other and synchronize the events.

Autodiscovery service is now available for setting up CalDAV sync in Zoho Calendar. You can configure Autodiscovery Settings in your DNS manager and sync calendars on macOS calendar, eM Client and CalDAV Synchronizer. This feature is available only for org users and not for personal users.

Start syncing your Zoho Calendar with your Android phones. Using Zoho CalSync app, you can choose the calendars you want to sync and receive notifications about the events on your Android device. Configure the sync interval in your app settings for the events to sync automatically. The Zoho CalSync app can be downloaded from Google Play store.

Take control of your tasks and don't miss the deadlines. With Zoho Tasks sync, you can manage your tasks on Zoho Calendar regularly. All the tasks created or assigned to you are synchronized with the Calendar and helps you stay on track with the updates.

This two-way sync feature synchronizes Zoho Calendar with your local calendars and helps you make changes to the events even when you are offline. Sync multiple calendars with one device or one calendar with multiple devices using CalDAV.

Schedule interviews at ease by syncing your Zoho Recruit calendar with your Zoho Calendar. This two-way sync features allows you to sync the in-built calendar in Zoho Recruit with Zoho Calendar and helps in managing your recruitment process, meetings and other events. 

You can add Zoho Calendar to your iPhone/iPad calendar by subscribing to the particular calendar. To subscribe to a calendar, you need to obtain the private address of the calendar from the settings. Copy the URL and paste it while adding a subscribed calendar account on your device. This will allow you to view the Zoho Calendar events on your device itself.
