Integration with Zapier

Zapier is a third-party automation service that helps to connect different web applications. It automates the flow of information from one web app to the other. You can now use Zapier to connect Zoho Calendar with other applications around the web. Connect your Zoho Calendar account with Zapier, set up your own Zap to build a new workflow, and automate the connection between two apps.

You can link your account with the pre-built zaps, or set up your zap to create a new workflow and automate the link between two apps.

Zap- A Zap is an automated workflow connecting your apps and services. Each Zap comprises a trigger and one or more actions.
Example: You can set up a Zap to create a new event in the Zoho calendar, whenever you receive a new email to your 'Meetings' folder. On the contrary, you can also set up a zap to create a note in Evernote, whenever a new event is created.

Supported Triggers-

Triggers- A trigger is an event that starts a Zap. For example, if you want to create a new event in your Zoho calendar each time you receive an email in your 'meeting' folder, the trigger is 'new email in meetings folder'.

  • Calendar Created-Triggers when a new calendar is created.
  • Calendar Updated- Triggers when an existing calendar is updated.
  • Calendar Deleted - Triggers when a calendar is deleted.
  • Calendar Shared - Triggers when a Calendar is shared.
  • Event Created- Triggers when an event is created.
  • Event Updated- Triggers when an event is updated.
  • Deleted Event- Triggers when an event is deleted.

Supported actions-

Actions- An action is an event a Zap performs after it is triggered. For example, in the above example, the action is 'create an event'.

  • Create Calendar- Creates a new Calendar.
  • Create New Event - Creates a new event.
  • Update Event- Updates an event.
  • Deletes Event- Deletes an event.
  • Quick Event - Create an event from a piece of text.
