    Login or Sign Up

    If you're an existing Zoho user, simply log in to your Zoho account. If you're new to Zoho, sign up for any product of your choice at zoho.com.

  • Step 2

    Monitor Your Credits

    Gain detailed insights into your wallet credits by visiting the Credit Dashboard under the Credits Info tab.

  • Step 3

    Using Zoho Wallet Credits

    For a new app purchase: Choose your desired Zoho product, click on the “Upgrade” option available on the home screen, and access the subscription page to complete the upgrade.

    For an edition upgrade : Navigate to the subscription page of your current Zoho product, select the higher edition you would like to upgrade to, and proceed with the upgrade process.

    Apply Wallet Credits

    On the subscription page, ensure you enable the "Use my existing wallet credits" checkbox to apply the eligible credits before checkout.
