Tracking POS Terminal Orders
Once you place an order, track its progress from the Orders tab. Each order moves through a set of statuses from payment to installation.
View Orders

Go to POS Terminals from the left sidebar.

Click the Orders tab. The list view shows the Ordered On Date, Amount, Status, Shipping Address, Ordered By, and Order ID for each order.

Click an order to view the order details.

The details panel contains the following sections:
- Order Details: View the Ordered Device, Quantity, Amount, Payment Status, and Order Breakup.
- Payment Details: View the Ordered On date, Order Total, Payment Status, and Ordered By.
- Shipping Details: View the Location, Name, Mobile Number, and Address.
- Order Timeline: Track the progress of your order through each stage, right from order placement to installation.
- Payment: If the order is in the Payment Pending status, click Pay Now to complete the payment and continue processing the order.
Order Statuses
You can track your order using its status. Here are more details:
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Payment Pending | The order has been placed, but it won’t be processed until the payment is completed. |
| Paid | Payment is complete, and the order will be processed soon. |
| Engineer Assigned | An engineer has been assigned and will contact you to confirm your availability and schedule the installation. |
| Installation Scheduled | The installation has been scheduled for the agreed date and time. |
| Installation Completed | The device has been configured and handed over to you. |
Note: After payment, your order is processed internally before an engineer is assigned. This takes a few days.
Reschedule Installation
If the scheduled date doesn’t work for you, reschedule it from the app.
- Go to POS Terminals from the left sidebar.
- Click the Orders tab.
- Click the More icon next to the order.
- Select Reschedule Delivery.
The engineer calls to confirm the new date. Once confirmed, the updated date appears against the order. Then the engineer will deliver and activate the device for you.
