Device Status
Every POS terminal has a status that indicates whether it can be used to accept in-person payments.
| Status | What It Means |
|---|---|
| Active | The device is set up and ready to accept payments. |
| Deactivated | The device is no longer in use and can’t process payments. |
Deactivate Terminal
You can’t deactivate a terminal directly from the app. Contact support to deactivate it. Once the request is processed, the device status changes to Deactivated.
Warning: Device deactivation is permanent. Once a device is deactivated, it can’t be reactivated.
